  1. రిటైలర్ యొక్క గుర్తింపు (Verification)
    – రిటైలర్ యొక్క షాప్‌ లైసెన్స్ / GST / ఆధార్ కార్డు వంటి ఆధారాలు తప్పనిసరిగా తీసుకోవాలి.

  2. మినిమమ్ ఆర్డర్ విలువ (Minimum Order Value)
    – ఒక్కో రిటైలర్ కనీసం ₹X విలువ ఉన్న ఆర్డర్ వేయాలి అనే షరతు పెట్టవచ్చు.

  3. పేమెంట్ షరతులు (Payment Terms)
    – 100% Prepaid లేదా 15-30 రోజుల్లో చెల్లింపు చేసే విధంగా స్పష్టత ఇవ్వాలి.
    – అప్పుగా ఇవ్వాలంటే, రిటైలర్‌ మీద నమ్మకం ఉన్నప్పుడు మాత్రమే ఇవ్వాలి.

  4. రిటర్న్ పాలసీ / నష్టం పాలసీ
